CE2013, The roadmap to a better world.

This is the theme of this year. A year where a lot of things are going to change for the guild Cantonium Elites. A mayor change is the spoken language, since the BETA CE has been a Dutch language guild, but because of the decreasing members of wow in general and in our guild we are changing this and as of the 1st of February the language of CE will be English. We would prefer that guild members start talking English in guild chat so others can understand what is being said.

Trial

The trial duration will be 1 month. If a trail member is accepted that person will be promoted to full member. If the trial fails the person will receive a PM or mail why the trial failed, this can of course be discussed and a 1 month extension of the trial can be done if there are valid reasons for the failing of the trial or if an improvement plan has been discussed.


Leaving

If you want to leave the guild for any reason please leave a forum post (to say your friendly goodbyes), a PM or mail to an (or more) officer(s). Your feedback will be very valuable to us, and please discuss your leaving up front with an officer so we can see if we can improve your experience in the guild.


Problems

With a member: If you got trouble with an fellow guild member please report this to an officer by PM message. The officers will note and discuss this and will speak to the member causing the problems. The person who reported will stay anonymous and only known to the officer’s.

With an officer:

If you got trouble with an officer, report it to a fellow officer. That person will discuss the problem with the other officers and will speak to the officer in question that has been reported. The treatment of the reported officer will be no different than that of a member.
